Southern Unite Seafood offers good range of highly regarded table-fish. Coral trout is one the Australian premium table-fish groups with excellent flavour and texture; Red Morwong is another of good reputation fish which has delicate flavour and soft flesh; Murray cod is caught mainly in the lower reaches of the Murray River in South Australia and Victoria .
